Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) is a type of polyolefin that is composed of very long chains of polyethylene with a very high quality of parallel orientation and high level of crystallinity. The extremely long polymer chains enable load transfer by strengthening intermolecular interactions. UHMWPE fibers are manufactured in a gel spinning process.

Twisting

Spun yarns to thread or twist the filaments for the firt step, we experienced dealing with the remarkable materials: 316L stainless steel fiber, silvering fiber, copper fiber, PVA water-soluble fiber, glass fiber, and mainly the high performance fibers, such as aramid, UHMWPE, Polyimide and PBO fibers.

Braiding

With unlimited fibers as raw material for chosen, we possess all the most used high-speed braiding machines as our basic equipment: 8/12/16/24/48. The recommended braiding strands are 8 and 12, because of the less strands, the better tensile strength, on the same time the less yarn on yarn abrasion.

Weaving

Upon various fabric & webbing machines, we managed to build up a weaving system that is able to deal with the frontier’s high-performance fibers. We are now a rare manufacturer who can produce a series of high-performance textiles to meet the extreme working environment and facilities.
